A good-looking template
Design the diploma in Canva, Illustrator or PowerPoint, export as high-quality PDF or PNG. Leave the name, program and date empty. You can also start from the sample included in the app.
Fonts and layout
Add your font (.ttf or .otf) under Custom fonts: it is embedded in the generated PDFs. Center the name with Center alignment and a block as wide as the page’s usable width: short and long names stay centered.
Deliver
ZIP output for one file per graduate, or a single PDF with one diploma per page for the print shop. File names can use the graduate’s name: diploma-{{Last name|slug}}.
