Custom labels from Excel or CSV
From jam jars to shipping labels the principle is the same: a template at label size, a list, a sheet.
Pick the size
Create the template at the exact label dimensions (for instance 2.625 × 1 in for a 30-label sheet, or 63.5 × 38.1 mm for a 21-label sheet). A blank page can also serve as template: add the texts afterwards.
Compose

Sheet output
Choose Print sheet, set columns × rows, margin and gap to match your sheet. Disable cut marks when printing on pre-cut labels.
Frequently asked questions
Can I repeat the same label N times?
Duplicate the row in the spreadsheet as many times as needed before importing.
Are accented characters supported?
Yes, including CSV files exported by Excel in Windows encoding.
