Personalized letters as PDF, without Word
Word’s mail merge works, but producing one properly named PDF per recipient is tedious. With PDF Rafale every spreadsheet row becomes a separate PDF letter.
The template
Write the letter in your word processor with letterhead, fixed body and signature, leaving the address block, salutation and variable passages empty. Export as PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Does long text wrap?
Yes. Every text block has a width: text wraps automatically inside it.
Multi-page letters?
A PDF template can have several pages; each element is placed on the page you choose.
